FAQs

  • You can easily book a service by filling out our Booking Inquiry form or by getting in touch with us directly. We’ll respond promptly to confirm availability and discuss the details.

  • We accept a variety of payment methods including Zelle, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards. Choose the option that’s most convenient for you when making your payment.

  • Cancellations are possible; however, they are non-refundable. If you need to make changes, you can do so with at least 1 month’s prior notice. Changes will be accommodated based on the availability of our artists, and we will assign you the available makeup or hairstylist artist at that time.

  • Yes, we charge a travel fee of $0.70 per mile for each artist, based on the distance to your event location from our office. The fee applies per artist and per address.

  • Yes, there is an early fee of $25 per artist for any appointments scheduled before 6:00 AM. This fee helps cover the additional preparation and travel time required for early morning bookings.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute inquiries as well!

  • Yes, we are happy to travel for events outside of Illinois as well. We accommodate both in-state and out-of-state bookings, so feel free to reach out to discuss your event location and any travel arrangements.
