You can easily book a service by filling out our Booking Inquiry form or by getting in touch with us directly. We’ll respond promptly to confirm availability and discuss the details.

We accept a variety of payment methods including Zelle, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards. Choose the option that’s most convenient for you when making your payment.

Cancellations are possible; however, they are non-refundable. If you need to make changes, you can do so with at least 1 month’s prior notice. Changes will be accommodated based on the availability of our artists, and we will assign you the available makeup or hairstylist artist at that time.

Yes, we charge a travel fee of $0.70 per mile for each artist, based on the distance to your event location from our office. The fee applies per artist and per address.

Yes, there is an early fee of $25 per artist for any appointments scheduled before 6:00 AM. This fee helps cover the additional preparation and travel time required for early morning bookings.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute inquiries as well!

Yes, we are happy to travel for events outside of Illinois as well. We accommodate both in-state and out-of-state bookings, so feel free to reach out to discuss your event location and any travel arrangements.
